We are inviting five California college or university presidents or chancellors to join the California Presidents Circle — our new 12-month leadership initiative focused on transforming campuses to better support student parents and advance equity in higher education.
Rooted in the proven impact of our national FamilyU Program, which has helped 21 institutions across 15 states implement lasting strategies for student parents, this opportunity will equip leaders to strengthen equity, boost student success, and create and maintain a campus culture that reflects today’s learners.

Hear from our Founder & CEO, Nicole Lynn Lewis…
“This is a special opportunity designed for college and university leaders who are committed to creating family-supportive campuses, building off our experience working with institutional leaders from across the country through our FamilyU programs.”
In California, 1 in 5 college students is raising a child, yet most institutions aren't built with them in mind. Parenting students are disproportionately first-generation, women, and students of color, making their success essential to advancing equity and completion across higher education.
