Audrey Hayes
Administrative Program Coordinator
Audrey is ecstatic to serve as Generation Hope’s Administrative Program Coordinator. Audrey earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the College of William & Mary, where she held a fellowship with the Let Freedom Ring Foundation focusing on community-based educational initiatives.
She then continued her nonprofit work in educational programming at Smithsonian Associates and in communications and marketing for meaningful travel at the Jordan Tourism Board. Audrey takes pride in considering herself a lifelong learner. She seeks every day to lead with joy, curiosity, and compassion.
Outside of work, Audrey is a lover of moviegoing, museums, and multi-hour hikes. She also delights in puzzles of all kinds and attending sporting events (go Knicks!).

This quote reminds me that each day brings new opportunities for reflection, growth, and renewal. For me, the best way to move forward is to bring reflections from the past, appreciation for the present, and openness for the future. It also stresses the notion that before we can help others, we must first help ourselves - a much-appreciated reminder that a crucial factor in creating substantive, positive change is making sure my own cup is filled.
